Easy 4-ingredient Mango Salsa
Chips and salsa is great, but chips and mango salsa is greater... Or at least pretty darn close. Today we have a super simple and fresh mango salsa for you to stack up on a tortilla chip or top on a salad (like our favourite beet salad, link here). This is a perfect sharing food or appetizer to have with friends, but it's also very easy to consume all by yourself in one sitting if you don't have any friends or just don't like sharing, so don't worry.
Ingredients:
1 mango
1/2 cup - 1/4 cup chopped red onion, but white works too
1 jalapeno
Juice of 1 lime
Instructions:
Dice all of your ingredients and combine in a bowl with the lime juice.
Let it sit for at least 30 minutes to let the flavours soak together.
Serve cold.
