Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Forget chicken wings! Cauliflower wings are the new thing and with good reason. While they don't photograph well (sorry), we promise they taste AMAZING and any hot wing lovers out there will enjoy sinking their teeth into these flaming hot bites of goodness.

Ingredients:

1 head of cauliflower

1/2 cup flour

3/4 cup plant-based milk

1 tsp paprika

1/2 cup hot sauce of choice (we use Frank's- and highly suggest it)

2 tbsp vegan butter, melted (we recommend Becel vegan margarine or Earth Balance)

Salt and pepper

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425.

Cut cauliflower into bite sized pieces.

Mix flour, milk, and spices in a large bowl. The batter should be runny so add as much milk as necessary to achieve the right consistency.

Add all the cauliflower and toss it in the batter until evenly coated.

Place on baking sheet, tapping off the excess batter.

Bake for 20 minutes, flipping half way through.

Melt butter and mix it with the hot sauce. Toss the cooked cauliflower bites in the hot sauce mixture and return to the oven to bake for another 20 minutes.

And that's it! Take them out and enjoy!
